1. Cap on rewards

The Promotion is strictly limited to the first 2,000 Qualifying KYC Approvals during the Promotion Period. Once the cap is reached, no further rewards will be issued, even if all other eligibility criteria are met.

2. Priority / tie-break

Priority is determined by the timestamp recorded in our systems when a Referred User’s KYC is approved (“Qualifying KYC Approval”). Ordering is first-come, first-served by this timestamp (in UTC). If two approvals share the exact same timestamp, priority will be decided by a random draw conducted by us. Our system logs are conclusive.

3. What happens when the cap is reached

After the 2,000th Qualifying KYC Approval, any subsequent referrals will be ineligible for rewards. Any in-app indicators showing “pending” or “estimated” rewards beyond the cap are illustrative only and will be cancelled.

4. Invalidations and reversals

If a Qualifying KYC Approval is later reversed, rejected, or deemed ineligible (for example due to fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referral, chargeback, or breach of these Terms), we may void the associated reward. If such invalidation occurs after the cap is reached, we are not obliged to re-allocate that place to later users.

5. Communication of cap status

We may display a counter or notice when the Promotion is close to or has reached the cap. This information is provided as a guide only; the binding record remains our server-side logs. We may end or suspend the Promotion immediately once the cap is reached, without prior notice.

6. Interaction with other limits

Any limits on the number of rewards per Referrer in the main Promotion Terms continue to apply and are subject to this 2,000-user cap.

7. Fraud / prohibited conduct

Creation of multiple, automated, or fake accounts; use of the same identity, device, payment instrument or phone number across multiple accounts; or any attempt to bypass KYC or these Terms will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (including the cap) at any time where required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Definitions (for this Amendment)

  • Referrer: an existing user who shares a valid referral link/code in accordance with the Promotion Terms.
  • Referred User: a new user who signs up using a Referrer’s link/code.
  • Qualifying KYC Approval: the point at which a Referred User’s identity verification is approved by us following download, registration, and completion of all required KYC steps.
  • Promotion Period: October 7 2025 to October 10 2025, unless ended earlier when the cap is reached.
