Go to the Card Page in the app and click “Lock Card” to prevent further transactions.
How do I report a suspicious transaction?
Review your transaction history, then contact Kem Support with details of the transaction in question.
How does Kem protect against fraud?
Kem uses AI-based fraud detection, real-time transaction monitoring, and secure authentication measures to detect and prevent fraud. Our partners at Chainalysis vet our transactions for suspicious wallets and blacklisted funds.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Log in from another device and change your password immediately. You can also contact Kem Support to secure your account.
Can I change my login credentials?
Yes, you can update your password and email from the Settings section in the app.
How can I delete my account permanently?
To request account deletion just delete your account at the bottom of the settings page.
How do I recognize official Kem communications?
Kem will only contact you via official email and in-app notifications. Be cautious of phishing emails or fake support requests.
What should I do if I receive a phishing email pretending to be from Kem?
Do not click any links or share personal information. Report the email to Kem Support immediately.
Does Kem store my card details?
No, Kem does not store sensitive card details. All payment information is securely encrypted.
What happens if I enter my password incorrectly multiple times?
Your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait a few minutes before trying again or reset your password.
What happens if I send money to the wrong wallet address?
Crypto transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, Kem cannot retrieve them, so always double-check before confirming.
