How do I sign up for a Kem account?
1. Download the app
2. Click on sign up
3. Enter your phone number, and click on next
4. You'll receive a verification code, enter the 4 digits code
5. After that you should create your password, and click next
6. f. Create your profile by adding your first and last name, username and email.

Enjoy Kem !
Can I change the phone number or email associated with my Kem account?
Yes, you can change your attached phone number or email in settings.

1. Go to settings
2. Click on edit profile
3. Click on the option you'd like to change ( email / phone number )
4. You'll receive a verification code ( to your email if you're changing your email, and to your phone number if you're changing your phone number ) enter the verfication code
5. Enter your new email / phone number
6. Enter the verification code and click one done
How do I reset or change my password?
1. Go to settings
2. Click on security
3. Click on change your password
4. Create your new password by entering your current one first and the new one after
5. Click on done
What information do I need to update my profile?
Just your basic information ( name, last name, phone number and email.
Can I customize my username or display name?
No, this feature is not available on Kem in the meantime
How do I deactivate or delete my Kem account?
1. Go to settings
2. Click on edit profile
3. Click on deactivate account at the very end
4. Confirm your deactivation by clicking on deactivate

…and start a sad life without Kem :(
Is there a fee to maintain my Kem account?
No, having a Kem account is completely free, however we have some features where a fee is required
How do I enable notifications or turn them off?
1. Go to settings
2. Click on notifications , and change them to fit your liking
Can I set a profile photo or avatar?
Yes, you pick a profile photo when you create your account, however if you'd like to change it or add a new one here are the steps:

1. Go to settings
2. Click on edit profile, and add a new photo
How can I update my personal info?
1. Go to the home page
2. Click on your profile (on the left corner at the top)
3. Click on edit profile
4. Make the changes, and click on save
What should I do if I forgot my password?
a. Click on "Forgot password?"

b. Choose how you'd like to reset your password—by phone number or email

c. Enter your phone number/email

d. You'll receive a 4-digit code to your phone number/email

e. Enter the code and click on "Confirm"

f. Create a new password and click on "Reset Password"
Can I have multiple accounts on Kem?
a. In the meantime Kem provide only one account for each user and one digital card
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can.

1. Go to the home page, and click on your profile
2. Click on edit profile
3. Click on your username, and make the changes
4. Click on save
Do I need to do KYC to verify my account?
No, it's not necessary in the meantime
Does the app supports dark mode?
The app is designed with dark mode for eye comfort and best user experience
Can i set spending or transfer limit on my account?
In the meantime Kem don't have this feature.
Can I temporarily deactivate my account?
Temporarily deactivation isn't an option
What happens if I don't use my account for a long time?
Your account would still be active for whenever you'd like to come back
Can I recover my account after deactivation?
After deactivating your account it's not possible to recover it, so please be careful
